Is there cleaning and maintenance in-between guests?
We hire professional cleaners that are experts. They perform an active assessment and inventory of each property between guests to minimize theft and damage. A thorough checklist of items unique to each individual property.
What kind of furniture do I need to provide?
We have an inventory list that includes basic living essentials. We can also team you up with our direct design consultant to help design a comfortable and cohesive space that will stand out to potential guests.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand things happen. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 14 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 14 days, you'll be charged 50% of all nights. Cancellations less than 48-24 hour notice are responsible 100% of all nights.
